KRAFT MARY GORDON On September 6, 2015, Mary Gordon Kraft of Pittsburgh, PA and Naples, FL died peacefully at her home in Moorings Park, Naples, FL. Born Mary Spencer Gordon, she was the only child of Frank Blake Gordon and Henrietta Barclay Costin Gordon. Mrs. Kraft grew up in the Shadyside section of Pittsburgh and attended the Winchester Thurston School and was a graduate of the The Masters School, Dobbs Ferry, New York. She made her debut at a tea dance at the Pittsburgh Golf Club. Mrs. Kraft was married for more than 50 years to John Frederick Kraft, Jr. who predeceased her. She is survived by their two sons, John Frederick Kraft III, his wife, Mary Jo West Kraft of Celebration, FL and their two sons, John Frederick Kraft IV and Peter Allen Kraft, his wife, Kimberly Gray Kraft; and a great-granddaughter, Gabrielle Elizabeth Kraft. She is also survived by her son, Frank Gordon Kraft, his wife, Suzanne "Cuppy" Henry Kraft of Osterville, MA and Gulf Stream, FL, their two daughters, Kendall Kraft Conners, her husband, Christopher Parker Conners; and two great-grandchildren, Lila Breckenridge Conners and Christopher Parker Conners, Jr. and daughter, Barclay Kraft Stone, her husband, Wilson Gordon Stone; and by her two great-grandsons, Walker Gordon Stone and Landon Spencer Stone. Mrs. Kraft served on the Laurel Foundation board and was actively involved in many philanthropic and charitable organizations in both Pittsburgh and Naples. She was a member of the Calvary Episcopal Church, a former member of the Rolling Rock Club, Fox Chapel Golf Club, the Pittsburgh Golf Club, Royal Poinciana Golf Club and the Naples Yacht Club. In 2014, she celebrated her 100th birthday. Mrs. Kraft will be buried in the Homewood Cemetery, Pittsburgh. The burial will be private. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
