DOLAN PHILIP F., Jr. Age 80, of Steubenville, died Saturday, July 18, 2015, at his home. He was born December 8, 1934, in McKeesport, PA. He was the son of the late Francis P. Dolan and Kathryn (Martin) Dolan. Philip graduated from Duquesne University, where he was part of the ROTC Program. Following graduation, he served in the U.S. Army. He subsequently obtained his MBA from Wheeling Jesuit University. Phil retired from Weirton Steel and following his retirement, enjoyed teaching business and math courses at numerous local colleges. Surviving are his wife, Rosemary Dolan; daughter, Amy (David) Dolan Strano of Pittsburgh; and two beloved grandsons, Chip and Joey. He is also survived by a brother, Richard E. Dolan of St. Clairsville, OH. Calling hours will be Tuesday, July 21, 2015, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MOSTI FUNERAL HOME, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at 10 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 425 N. 4th Street, Steubenville. Fr. Tim Huffman will celebrate.
