PERZAK SALLY J. (SKINKLE) Age 83, of Pleasant Hills, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. Beloved wife of Frank J. Perzak; also survived by two nephews. Sally was a second grade school teacher for 17 years at the old Sickman School in Baldwin Boro. She loved to read and enjoyed traveling with her family and friends. She will be missed by her husband, nephews, and friends. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, 10 a.m. in the Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church, 199 Old Clairton Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
