HUSAR ANDREW Age 90, formerly of Duquesne, on November 1, 2015. Son of the late John and Katherina (Pavlovik) Husar. Andy was retired from US Steel Duquesne Works in the blast furnace maintenance department where he was an operator of the oxygen plant. He was the oldest member of the Prince Humbert Club for over 50 years. He proudly served his country in the Navy during WWII on the USS Lexington. Beloved husband of the late Flora (Renon) Husar; father of Andrea (Merle) Stein of Birmingham, AL, Mary Ann (Ed) Kachur of Indiana, PA and Kathryn Kathy (Bill) Vukovich, Orchard Park, NY; eight grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren; brother of Michael Husar of Port Vue and the late John Husar, the late George Husar and the late Joseph Husar. Visitation on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. at the MALOY - SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, 412-466-3300. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10 a.m. at Holy Name Church of Christ the Light of the World Parish. Burial will be in Holy Name Cemetery with military honors.
