ZAPPA THERESA Age 85, born in Hazelwood, formerly of Munhall, recently relocated to Burbank, CA, where she recently passed away on Wed., Oct. 28, 2015. Born on Jan. 24, 1930, married Francis Frank Zappa on Sept. 10, 1947. She is survived by two daughters, Elaine Mazza, Glendale, CA and Fran Pons, Pittsburgh, PA; five grandchildren, Gina Kramer (Michael), Chicago, IL, Damian Mazza (Rachael Rezabek), Los Angeles, CA, Christian Pons (Connie), Pittsburgh, PA, Courtney Lopez (Mario), Glendale, CA and Justin Pons (Chelsea Babyak), Trafford, PA; and six great-grandchildren, Francesca Kramer (ten), Madison Pons (eight), Katelyn Pons (six), Gia Lopez (five), Dominic Lopez (two) and Cameron Pons (one). Preceded in death by her husband, Frank; her father, Antonio Iacovino; her brother, Alfred Iacovino (Millie); and her mother, Libby Iacovino.
