HULCHA PHILIP A. Age 86, of Ross Twp., born on October 16, 1929, went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, January 13, 2016. Beloved husband of Janet Kaelin Hulcha; also survived by three stepdaughters, Catherine (Jeffrey) Peretic, Beth (Carl) Vuono, and Julie Gottselig; six step-grandchildren; sister, Helen Scholler; many nieces and nephews; son of the late Justine and Stephan Hulcha; husband of the late Loraine; brother of the late Steve, Walter, Joe, George, Mary Jane Hulcha and Anne Walcer. Phil was employed by the United States Postal Service and served in the Air Force during the Korean War.
