DUCOUER RONALD M. Age 63, of Baldwin, formerly of Mt. Washington, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at his home surrounded by family and friends. Born July 27, 1952, he was the son of the late Melvin and Gertrude (Buczynski) Ducouer. Ronald worked for Allegheny County from which he recently retired. He also served in the Army Reserves. Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Jo Ann (Drugmand) Ducouer; daughter, Jolene (Michael) Wenzel; son, Ronald (Lenna) Ducouer; twin brother, Raymond (Donna) Ducouer; as well as several nieces, nephews, family, friends, and close neighbors. He will also be missed by his dogs, whom he loved dearly. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
