HERMAN ANNA RUTH Age 81, of Observatory Hill, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016. Loving sister of the late Esma L. Herman; she was also preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Hilda (Kirsch) Herman. Friends will be received Monday from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the H.P. BRANDT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1032 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp., 412-364-4444. Burial will follow in Highwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brighton Heights Lutheran Church, 3830 California Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15212, where Anna was a member. She was also a former longtime member of Mt.
