DONAHOE ANNA JANE Age 83, formerly of McKeesport, PA, died Sunday, August 2, 2015, at UPMC Presbyterian. Born January 8, 1932, in Homestead, a daughter of the late James B. and Josephine Kist Gleason. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George J. Donahoe, (who were married May 29, 1954, in the former St. Mary Magdalene Church in Homestead); and a brother, Bernard Gleason; and a sister, Mary Jo Lang. A 1949 graduate of Homestead Senior High School, she was a retired retail clerk from J.C. Penney Company, and a member of Corpus Christi Parish (former St. Pius V) in McKeesport. Surviving are her children, Deborah (Dan) Wilson, Diane (Larry) Holtzman and Dave (Belinda) Donahoe all of Dravosburg, Denise (Mark) Ellis of Green Castle, PA, Daria (Larry, Jr.) Sobek of Ashburn, VA, Dana (James) Mihalik of Wexford and Dan (Beth) Donahoe of North Huntingdon; also surviving are 18 grandchildren; great-grandson, Jayden; brother, James Gleason of Allison Park; a sister, Margaret Jean Rodgers of Mount Lebanon; numerous nieces and nephews; and her special love, Jim Englert of McKeesport. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 and on Wednesday, from 12 to 8 p.m. at the JAYCOX - JAWORSKI FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2703 O'Neil Boulevard, McKeesport, PA 15132. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, 12 Noon in Corpus Christi Church with Reverend Michael J. Maranowski as celebrant.
