HAMPTON PERCY, Sr. Retiree of the U.S. Steel Mill and U.S. Army veteran, passed away peacefully, on Feb. 14, 2016, at the age of 87. Husband of the late Alice Evelyn Hampton; father of Annette Joell, Eloise Hampton Phillips, Loretta Hampton Brown and the late William Butch Hampton, Gregory Hampton, Sr., Percy Hampton, Jr., Joyce Hampton Coleman; bother of Bernice, Juanita, Lonnie, and Garnett and the late Ruby OraLee, Claude, James, Robert and David; also survived by a host of grandchildren, great- grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
