LEWIS EVELYN RUTH (HETRICK) Age 88, of Apollo, formerly of Monroeville, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2016. Beloved wife of the late William Perry Lewis; loving mother of Barbara (the late Forrest Jauch) Lewis, William R. Lewis, Raymond J. (Linda) Lewis, Robert C. (Ellen) Lewis, Diane (Norm) Williams, Dorothy Lewis and the late Tom Lewis; also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by four brothers; and five sisters. Friends will be received Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC.
