WELSH RICHARD F. DICK Of Ocala, FL, formerly of West Mifflin, on January 23, 2016, age 82. Beloved husband of the late Mildred (Urban) Welsh; father of Rick, Scott, Daniel and the late Tim and Dennis Welsh; brother of late Robert Welsh, Thomas Welsh, Mary Mulligan and Patsy Vavrek; grandfather of Matthew (Kate), Julie (Jake), Kristen, Bridget and Sean; great-grandfather of Miles and Maddie; also survived by brother-in-law, Cyril Vavrek. Dick was a well liked and respected teacher for West Mifflin and Bethel Park School Districts, was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the Army and was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
