Cheryl graduated with a degree in French, an MBA from Georgetown in International Business and an MPA in International Trade from Harvard. With these, she was the former director of the Paris and Seoul USOs and an International Economist for the USDA, South East Asia division. Cheryl spoke French, Spanish and Hangul (Korean). Forever a lady, she is remembered and missed by all who loved her.
