PEASE RICHARD M. Age 71, of Butler, passed away Wednesday at Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia. Born in Pittsburgh on March 24, 1944, he was the son of the late Lillian M. McCreary Pease. Richard was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the United States Navy. He was employed as a piano and organ salesman. Richard was a member of Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church. Survived by his wife, Virginia S. Arrigo Pease of Butler; one daughter, Dawn Kummer of Leechburg; five grandchildren, Chelsea Hoak, Patrick Milliren, Corey Miller, Emily Kummer and Virginia Kummer; and one great-grandson, Ricky McWilliams. He was preceded in death by his son, Rick Pease, who passed away on March 10, 2005. There will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean Street, Butler.
