DILLON LOUIS C. March 11, 1942 - August 5, 2015. A graduate of Roosevelt University, Louis and his wife, Carolyn, returned to their native Gary in 2009. Louis was a proud Vietnam veteran, a former supervisor with US Steel in Joliet, Waukegan and Pittsburgh corporate offices, an avid sports enthusiast and a skilled carpenter. He leaves to mourn his loss, Carolyn Coleman Waddell Dillon, devoted wife of 39 years; children, Dennis Waddell Dillon, Roxanne Elizabeth Lee and Kirsten Antoinette Hodgkins; three grandchildren; his mother, Effie; five siblings; a multitude of relatives and friends.
