SPERL DONNA Age 64, passed on peacefully at her home while sleeping on Wednesday, February 3, 2016. Donna was born March 20, 1951, the daughter of Ralph and Betty Blazek, in Pittsburgh. Donna was an avid animal lover who easily made friends with everyone she met. Donna had one of the most bubbly personalities you ever had the pleasure of meeting. In 1975, Donna married the love of her life, John Sperl. In 1978, Donna and John were blessed with the birth of their son, Eric. Donna's biggest passion in life was her family, especially her beloved grandsons, Jackson (six) and Maks (five) Sperl. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Betty; and father-in-law, Charles Sperl. She is survived by her husband, John; son, Eric (Brooke) Sperl; grandsons, Jackson and Maks Sperl; sister, Diana (Michael) Sberna; mother-in-law, Edna (Grall) Sperl; sister-in-law, Sally Sperl; brother-in-law, Don (Judy) Lentz; niece, Sandra (Jim) Lentz; and nephew, Michael (Linda) Lentz; as well as a multitude of other loving family and friends. The family would like you to join us to honor Donna's life at her viewing on Saturday, February 6, 2016, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 7, 2016, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the BOCK FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 1500 Mt. Beloved husband of Marie (Diana) Scandinaro for 68 years; loving father of Mary Ann (Bob) Rittmeyer of Greentree, Don Scandinaro of Monroeville and Karen (Len Schockling) Zezza of Swissvale; grandfather of David (Lonna) Baacke, Joe (Jen) Zezza, Erica (Aaron) Gilligan and Dominic (Jackie) Scandinaro; great- grandfather of Joey Zezza; brother of Ann (late Tom) Soltis of North Braddock. Preceded in death by sisters, Helen Billings and Rosemary Smith; and brothers, Francis (surviving spouse, Lois) and Joseph Scandinaro. Sam was a World War II Army veteran and a draftsman in Westinghouse in East Pittsburgh, retiring in 1965. He was a self employed Insurance Broker in Swissvale for 40 years. Sam enjoyed photography, computers, weight lifting, Judo and Karate. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016, at Madonna Del Castello Church. BUDAI SETH JACOB Age 31, of Owings Mills, MD, formerly of West Mifflin, PA, was received in the arms of our Lord peacefully, with his family at his side, on Thursday, February 4, 2016. He was born in McKeesport on May 24, 1984, to Paul and Colleen (Daley) Budai of West Mifflin. He was a school counselor for Winters Mill High School in the Carroll County School District in Westminster, MD. He was the beloved husband of Meredith (Bourque) Budai and would have been married three years on June 29, 2016. He was the brother of Josh (Gina) Budai of Havre de Grace, MD; uncle of Giuliana Budai; son-in-law of Thomas and Jane Bourque of South Windsor, CT; brother-in-law of Ginnie (Paul) DiSarcina and their children, Matthew "Matty" and Sarah of Burlington, MA, and Jeffrey (Amy) Bourque and their children, William, John "Jack" and Andrew of Londonderry, NH. He is also survived by his dog, Jackson and cat, Remmie. He was preceded in death by his grandparents William and Shirley (George) Daley and James and Alberta (Bost) Budai. Also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
